The Commerce Department's International Trade Administration preliminarily found that producers or exporters of glycine from Japan made sales at less than normal value during June 1, 2024 through May 31, 2025, in an antidumping duty administrative review. The agency is rescinding the review in part and inviting interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
