1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CourtPulse ("the Service"), operated by C.F.A.I. Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CourtPulse is a free public access platform that aggregates and displays publicly available U.S. government records, court filings, federal enforcement actions, and related public data. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

3. No Legal Advice

CourtPulse does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. The information displayed on this platform should not be construed as legal advice. For legal matters, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

4. Accuracy of Information

All data is sourced from official U.S. government APIs and public records. While we strive for accuracy, CourtPulse does not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any information displayed. Government source data may contain errors, delays, or omissions.

CourtPulse does not editorialize, modify, or add subjective commentary to government records.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data at scale without permission; use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual named in public records; misrepresent information obtained from the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The CourtPulse platform design, branding, and original content are the property of C.F.A.I. Solutions. Government records and public data displayed on the platform remain in the public domain. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform design without permission.

7. Premium Services

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are presented at the time of purchase. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. C.F.A.I. Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We are not responsible for decisions made based on information obtained through the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless C.F.A.I. Solutions, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
