All case data, court records, and government filings displayed on CourtPulse are sourced from official U.S. government APIs and public records databases. This information is already publicly available. CourtPulse does not editorialize, modify, or add commentary to government records.
CourtPulse does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics services. We may use essential cookies for basic site functionality such as remembering user preferences.
We use the following third-party services: Google Fonts for typography delivery, Stripe for payment processing (for premium subscribers only). These services have their own privacy policies.
